The Festival Gourmet International originated 13 years ago when a lively conversation arose between Thierry Blouet of Café de Artistes, Heinz Reize of Hotel Krystal and Silvan Miller of Nestlé. It was then that they came up with the idea of holding a ten-day festival to showcase the richness and diversity of Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit’s culinary scene. Each year, chefs from across the globe gather together at the festival, not in competition, but rather in a friendly exchange of extraordinary dishes.

This year, the XVI Festival Gourmet International will be held November 11th through November 21st and boast local master chefs from first-class hotels and innovative restaurants including a chef from Dreams Villamagna.
