But what you may not know is that the resort boasts a gorgeous collection of Mexican contemporary artwork with many pieces by well regarded Mexican artists.

The resort’s artwork collection blends seamlessly with the property’s architectural style and provides guests with direct access to inspiring artworks. The pieces are mainly displayed in the common areas of the resort allowing guests to enjoy the impressive and interesting collection that is not typical for a resort in this region.

The resort hand selected unique artwork pieces across a variety of mediums, with an emphasis on artists from the Oaxaca region. The collection aims at showcasing the importance and variety of Oaxaxan style artwork to our resort guests.

The collection features pieces by well-known artists such as, Rufino Tamayo, Rodolfo Morales, Luis, Zarate, Miximino Javier and Sergio Herandez, as well as up-and-coming artists such as Damian Flores, Guillermo Olguin and Fernando Andriacci.  The collection also features works from one Colombian artist, Manuel Hernandez.
