Guests can select a special menu for a Romantic Dinner starting at $100 per couple.   A complimentary bottle of sparkling wine is served with all Romantic Dinners. The two exclusive menus, Silver ($200) and Gold ($250) are served in a secluded area on the beach.  No setting is more romantic with the sugar-white sand at your feet, the sounds of the Caribbean Sea in the near distance and dinning under the moonlight together.

Our chefs take great pride in preparing the special dishes that are part of your Romantic Dinner.  The featured Silver and Gold Menus are both four course meals that will please your palate. As you will see below the Silver and Gold Menus are very similar but the main course varies based on your menu selection.

Seasonal organic greens and root vegetables, tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with Gorgonzola cheese and caramelized walnuts

Starter

Cream of clams with a hint of orange and gin

Silver Entrée

Fresh grilled shrimp and filet mignon on two bell peppers sauces, accompanied by baked potatoes

Gold Entrée

Butterfly lobster tail and filet mignon on two bell peppers sauces, accompanied by baked potatoes 

Dessert

Crispy puff pastry filled with an exotic Mouse, strawberry and chocolate coulis sauce served with coffee or tea
