Held every day from 12 to 5pm, the festival runs from August 2nd to 31st. Our Executive Chefs have composed an appetizing menu where guests can try barbeque made 10 different ways. Memphis and New Orleans-style barbeque and sauces and glazes inspired by Mexican cuisine are some of the delicious selections you can choose from.
