4 of us are also arriving feb 5th, booked through AAA, do we automatically get the 400$ in resort coupons or do we have to mention this upon arrival?
Hello All, I travel a lot the Dreams and Secrets resort and I always get these coupons. Check with your agent. Sometimes its a matter of you booking at the preferred club. If you did and you don’t fall in those dates, I bet you will get the coupons. The coupons must be used separately. For instance, there will be two forty dollar coupons for spa treatments, $10 coupons on bottles of premium wine, etc. I cannot recall all of them but they are broken down. E

Hey, I just emailed Verenice who is the reservation manager. She said that if you are in the Deluxe rooms then you receive $200 in resort credits, if you are in the Preferred rooms then you will receive $400. Everyone should receive these coupons upon check in through these dates.

$200 Resort Coupons:
Spa treatment coupons are broken down in two coupons worth $40 and one coupon worth $20. Only one coupon can be redeemed per spa treatment. To use coupons for romantic dining, one $40 coupon and one $20 coupon may be combined, resulting in a total discount of $60 off one romantic dining experience. When using coupons towards wine purchases, only coupons worth $10 may be used and cannot be combined, therefore one $10 coupon can be applied toward one bottle of wine.

Hi everybody. I just booked the Dreams Tulum resort with Bookit.com. We reserved the junior suite. Would we get access to these coupons too? Also, we are coming in on Febuary 13, and wanted to do the special Valentines dinner for an additional cost….does anyone know if we can reserve a spot before arrival? You guys know how the resturants book up during the week, right? Any info would be great! Thanks! And happy holidaying everyone!
