So when we got word about Heather and Michael’s fairytale wedding at Dreams Puerto Vallarta, we just had to share their story with you! The two met in college at the University of Southern California, where Michael decided to chat up Heather after a Dodger game. The rest, as they say, is history!
Heather and Michael celebrated their wedding at the stunning Dreams Puerto Vallarta, where they were joined by 80 of their closest friends and family. The couple even surprised the guests at the reception with a special choreographed dance to Tyrone Wells’ “Running Around in My Dreams.” The entire event was certainly one for the record books—check out some of the photos below of the couple’s special day!

Dreams Management: Please find below, message I have forwarded to my travel agent. I, along with others, wish to know what is happening with your property but to date have not been adequately informed. We believe this requires immediate attention-some of us have weddings of varying complexity and size and cannot afford to be left in the dark; especially those with dates rapidly approaching. Many of us researched your property and decided on having our very important event there based on reviews and overall value/location. While we are not completely certain as to specific details of property change over or sale, we do know that there are many resorts in the area and patronage (especially repeat) is heavily dependent upon reviews as these are often the only way we have to assess a foreign location. The reality is, name change or not negative and positive assessment will likely follow new purveyance. WE strongly urge you to respond to this email as many of us are strongly considering moving our event(s) to another property and perhaps reporting the practices of this property in relation to customer service. We await your reply.I have been getting a slew of emails stemming from the resignation of the Dreams Wedding coordinator. Apparently, Dreams has been sold and there are some very panicked brides out there wondering what is happening. This seems to be more significant with weddings occurring in April (21st to be precise) but there is concern that the services touted may suffer as the changeover occurs. I am very concerned as I was also working with this coordinator and put deposit (small) to hold one of the wedding packages, providing we “qualify” with the five rooms. It is my understanding that you and i agreed that the rooms wouldn’t be booked until we had reached this; to date I am aware that at least three rooms (****,****, ours) have been booked under this. Could you please fill me in on what is happening? if I need to consider moving the venue or suggesting another property as I do not wish to put subject my guests to any issues. This is very unfortunate as I spent some time researching the resorts and Dreams was the all around best pick. If there are issues that will impact the trip, I would hope that if people choose to stay (several in the thread have decided to go to another resort) would be given upgrade or something. Perhaps they would upgrade us to the “qualifying” (I believe this is junior suite to qualify for the wedding) so that we would stay. Please let me know asap so I can plan and inform others also.
