This will be my 3rd attempt to inform travelers NOT to stay at dreams resort & spa. We were there last week & it had to be the worst vacation experience ever. All advertisements are completely false and if you do have a negative post apparently they can hide or delete it.

Oh it was that bad. We booked nov of 2013 for a family of 5. Upon arrival we only had one room and it was filfthy. Finally got 2nd room 5 hrs. later on the opposite side of the complex. 1st room had to have phone replaced 3 times in one day and safe combination also had to be replaced all in the first day. Employees speak very little English or none at all. I have done all inclusives 4 other times and this by far was the worst experience ever for over $6k for only 5 days. Food was nothing like they promised. I ordered a lobster at one restaurant and got a crawfish. It finally got so ridiculous we thought we were in the twilight zone. Please check elsewhere, I would not want anyone else to experience what we did!!!
