At Dreams Resorts & Spas, we provide families with the vacation of their dreams. This year, we decided to give back to our fans and set out in search of people who truly deserved a vacation. We are very excited today to announce the latest winner of our #DreamersWIN campaign, on the heels of Wounded Warrior Mom Pamela and three deserving Moms featured on Chicago’s Windy City Live; congratulations to bride-to-be Laurel S.!

After Laurel’s sister, Kyle, shared their family’s story with us, we knew we had to step in to help her give her sister the surprise of a lifetime. We were incredibly moved by this family’s strength and resilience and honored to be able to grant Kyle’s wish of an all-expenses-paid honeymoon  to Dreams Resorts & Spas for Laurel and her fiancé.

Kyle shared with us that three years ago, her father passed away. At the time, Kyle was in grad school and they also had a brother starting college. According to Kyle, Laurel was “the rock in the family who has said the most by saying the least” and “stepped up financially to get us through the rough days.” Laurel is getting married on September 5, 2015, but she and her fiancé Tom have no plans for taking a honeymoon. Kyle wants to send her off in a big way to “thank her for providing for us when our hands were tied.”

After everything this family has been through, we couldn’t be happier to make Kyle’s dreams of a honeymoon for Laurel come true. Do you know someone who truly deserves a vacation?
