Our WOW stories highlight an instance where a resort went above and beyond for a guest or group and today’s story is nothing less than incredible!

Read on to learn how the resort made a vacation trip extra special for a couple that visits frequently!

We are proud of Dreams Villamagna Nuevo Vallarta for going above and beyond for a couple!

There is a couple that has visited Dreams Villamagna for over 8 years. The couple continues to come back every year to spend the husband’s (Norman) birthday with the resort, which is in late February.

This year, however, they were unable to make it for Norman’s actual birthday due to a mishap with the flights available. They immediately contacted the Room Division Manager and told him what had happened so the resort decided to surprise them!

The resort set up a red carpet and a warm welcome with the staff that is close with the guests, including the concierge and personnel from the front desk, entertainment team and food and beverage department.

It was a warm welcome at Dreams Villamagna Nuevo Vallarta when the couple arrive!

The couple was very surprised by this great gesture! Norman even mentioned that when they got to the resort, right before they stepped off the bus, he looked at the red carpet and thought to himself that the resort must be waiting for someone very special, so he was shocked to learn that was all done for them!

The resort also organized a special dinner on the beach as part of the birthday celebration for Norman because even though his birthday had already passed, the resort knew that was the reason for their visit.

The resort decorated their room with balloons and tied to the end of each balloon was a birthday card from different staff members. To make things even more special, the resort had a plate with orange cupcakes, which are the couple’s favorite.  The resort also included the recipe for the cupcakes since earlier in their stay, the couple mentioned how delicious they were and how they wanted the recipe.

The resort had endless surprises for the couple at Dreams Villamagna Nuevo Vallarta!

The following morning, the couple requested to speak with the resort’s General Manager to extended their gratitude and tell her how great of a stay they were having. They also mentioned they will continue coming back to Dreams Villamagna – their home away from home.

We want to send a huge thanks to the staff at Dreams Villamagna for their graciousness and appreciation they showed toward this couple that keeps coming back to the resort.
