The CRISTAL certificate in FOOD CHECK is granted by the international entity Cristal Iberica Consulting SA, which reviews the hotel establishments monthly in 250 checkpoints of control, according to check safety first. Within this food safety review, criteria is based on the recognized method of hygiene management known as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). The system ensures that all possible care has been taken to ensure that the food served in the hotel’s restaurants is of the highest quality when it comes to food hygiene.
