We arrived early at your resort, around 12:00 noon (The resort new that we were arriving early.) and we still had to wait for our room until 3pm. (Our room was ready before 3pm and still had to wait until 3pm to get into it.
Sick, Sick, Sick.
March 22,2019 my husband woke up to severe cramps in his stomach and started to throw up. We had an excursion planned and went on it anyway. Half way through the day, we had to leave because he could not stop throwing up. The tour guide brought us into La Cruiz to seek medical attention.
March 23,2019 I woke up in the middle of the night to sever diariah. Same thing, terrible cramping in the stomach and it would not stop. Went down to the perfered lounge in the morning where the lady helped me out. Mixed me a drink of some sort. It made the stomach cramping tolerable, but did not stop the diariah for 2 days.
We lived on bread and buns for most of the time we were at your resort.
Went to Oceana I believe it was on the 23 or 24th of March and had to leave suddenly because my husband was throwing up again. This lasted for another 2 days and he started taking the pills again that we picked up in Las Cruiz.
The fear of god came into us/.
I would not drink and we were both living on bread and buns at this point and to the end of our vacation.
March 26 or 27 we ate at the Japanese restraint because we were both so hungry. We could not eat much, but my husband, once again started throwing up.
March 28,2019 we left your resort with plastic bag in hand on the way to the airport. Plastic bag was for thowing up in.
We have stayed at many Dreams, Secrets, Now Jade resorts and this has never happened to us or anyone that we knew.
This truly has been a terrible experience for us.
Not sure if it is your water, the food or what…. But it is something that should be looked into. We did see prior experience of this happening to other travelers that have visited your resort on trip advisor.
This is not good and it truly was not good for our holiday.
