From the moment they arrive, guests will enjoy personalized check-in with concierge service and preferred status and amenities.
Throughout their stay, guests can enjoy exclusive access to a private beach area and two Preferred Club pools; one for families and one for adults-only. Guests can also visit one of the two Preferred Club lounges (one for families and one for adults-only) that provide daily continental breakfast and afternoon hot and cold hors d’oeuvres as well as exquisite desserts and fine liquors.
Preferred Club guests also gain exclusive access to Olio Restaurant for breakfast and lunch and an upgraded mini-bar service in their suite.
In all Preferred Club upgraded suites, guests will find a pillow menu, upgraded luxury bath products, bathrobes and slippers, complimentary internet access and complimentary newspaper in room daily.
