Today, the new Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa welcomed its first guests at 11:20 a.m. Here is a look at their arrival:

With less than 24 hours till opening, we are pleased to show all our readers and guests that the resort is ready and waiting your arrival.  Check out this set of four pictures shot from our Seaside Grill.  You’ll see that the tables are set, the towels are waiting on lounge chairs, the beach is pristine and the pool is ready!  Even better, check out the sky – beautiful weather awaits!

Dreams Riviera Cancun is the perfect place to have your destination wedding, which is why we are giving you a look at the just completed wedding gazebo. This photo provides a glimpse at the beautiful view our wedding guests can enjoy during the ceremony.

For today’s sneak peek, here is a look at the Showtime Pool. If you want to watch or be part of the action, this pool is for you! The Showtime pool is dedicated to non-stop activities including pool volleyball, water aerobics and nightly shows.

Here’s a sneak peek of the Explorer’s Club for Kids’ splash fountain area! At Dreams Riviera Cancun, kids have a spectacular, Mayan-themed, private entertainment center fully supervised from 9am to 10pm! Unlimited-Luxury applies to all ages!

The final countdown continues with only 6 days left before Dreams Riviera Cancun opens the doors to its first guests.

Here is a shot of the Oceana Seafood Restaurant, which is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner! You can also see in this photo the poolside deck that offers the most incredible views of the pristine white powder sand and turquoise waters.

Only seven days till Dreams Riviera Cancun opens its doors and welcomes guests for their Unlimited-Luxury stay.  As you know, we’ve been leaking pictures of parts of the resort over the past 10 weeks and starting today you can expect a new photo EVERY DAY till guests arrive.  Stay tuned for more…
